Can I use this charging station to charge my laptop?
You can use your laptop adapter to connect to the AC outlet, or, choose the built-in cable or the Type-C port. But for a better fast charging experience, when charging your laptop, please make the other USB port free.

Why does my charging station shut down suddenly？
It will shut down if the power is detected over 1625W. After troubleshooting, touch the switch to restore it. This design not only saves energy, but also protects your equipment from damage caused by a sudden power surge.

Can I use hair dryer with this charging station?
The AC outlets are rated for 1625W in total, it does not support high-power appliances such as Space Heaters, Hair Dryers, Toaster, etc.

Why does this charging station cut off when I plug in more than one eqqipments?
To protect your device, the charging station will intelligently allocate charging power when multiple USB ports are used at the same time, and charging may be interrupted 2~3 times at first, and then it will charge normally.

Baseus 65W Charging Station is compatible with iPhone Series, iwatch, iPad, Macbook, Samsung Series, and most of other device under 1625W. *Note: Oneplus Series may not compatible with charging station.
