Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Important Note:
* Items from Serious Techies are shipped and fulfilled from a couple different retailers. Orders with multiple items might be split into different packages and arrive at various times. We try our best to get everything to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience!

How Do I Check the Order Status?

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@serioustechies.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers may not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address whenever possible.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
